We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer to support the technical design, development, and integration of Workday solutions for external, international clients. You will be responsible for building scalable and efficient solutions that support complex HR and business requirements.
You will:
- Design and develop custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and dashboards.
- Build and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, EIBs, and other Workday objects.
- Develop integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP Web Services.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and clients to understand business needs and implement technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration or configuration issues and ensure system performance.
- Participate in technical design sessions and provide input on best practices.
- Support testing, deployments, and documentation of technical components.
You have:
- 3+ years of experience developing in the Workday ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services.
- Strong understanding of Workday data model and HCM architecture.
- Experience with report writing, calculated fields, and condition rules.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with distributed teams.
- Experience working with external and/or international clients.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Nice to Have:
- Workday certifications (Integration, Reporting, Studio, etc.).
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, or other integration-related technologies.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
- Experience working in Agile or consulting environments.
